A Beautifu Mind

One of the most mysterious and vitalizing features of a human is the mind. Our cognitive function and behavior is easily manipulated by the chemicals we take in and the actions we allow our bodies to endure. Yet, the neurotropic science field remains limited. In the recent years there have been many unfolding discoveries and products to improve brain function. But today, I wanted to focus on embracing the beautiful mind.

Especially in today’s fast paced society, we are extremely quick to draw judgment on outward appearance and/or first behavioral impression.  We’ve all thought about it, but I’d like to reiterate the fact that we do not think how we did as kids. The kid that everyone thought was a social outcast now grows up to be a genius data scientist. The jock that acted tough grows up to feel mentally outcast. The quiet girl in the corner goes on to perform in front of thousands. Cognitive growth was always present, we just couldn’t see it.

I want to embrace the mental capacities we all have the potential to maximize. Yours is different than mine. It’s not a bad thing. It’s an amazing thing. Imagine if we could influence each other’s interest to be ourselves and let our thoughts free flow. Collaboration of free thought aptitude. The willingness to expand your neuro network by cerebral care. Call it what you will… do you see what I’m getting at?

Windy Willow is challenging everyone today to start a conversation. Become socially interested in that person. Ask them questions. Direct the conversation down an intellectually inviting path. Share how you think, and discover how they work.

Maybe I’m rambling. Maybe you understand. But then again, my mind is different than yours. Sometimes, me saying odd things helps to stimulate your left hemisphere. Do the same for someone else. And always remember to accept someone for who they are One Day at a Time
